KNOCKGRAFFON/LAGGANSTOWN COMMUNITY ALERT
will hold their annual fundraising walk on Sunday 1st October. We will
meet at Lagganstown handball alley at 2 o’clock and walk to Ballycarron
bridge and return by the same route. Those participating do so at their
own risk. Light refreshments will be available.Donations may be given to
Padraig FitzGerald, Tony Keating, Eileen Riordan or any committee
member. You may also donate online at community alerts.ie. We hope you
support us as we need to raise some funds to keep the service running for
the year ahead.

COFFEE MORNING
A coffee morning will be held in the beautiful Templeneiry Church, Bansha
on Sunday October 1st from 9.30am to 12 noon. All proceeds go to South
Tipperary Hospice. Please join us for a cuppa, raffle, and a chat.  All are
welcome. Your support would be much appreciated.

WOMANS GROUP
CIRCUIT TRAINING continues every Monday evening at 7pm for seven
weeks, cost €10 per class. Please book with Mary Frances, text or ring mbl no 087 7595512 for more info. BOWLS returns on Wednesday mornings at
9.45am to 11.15am in the NICC. All are welcome!

Sean Spillane and joint runners up with 9 games each were Jim Meskell /

Slattery / Sheila Slattery and Mary Ann Healy / Eileen White. Well done

SINCERE SYMPATHY IS EXTENDED TO THE FOLLOWING FAMILIES

Doherty family, Knockgraffon on the passing of Joe. Predeceased by his wife Mary, grandson Cormac, brothers Fr. Richard and Pat, he will be very sadly missed by his loving son Tom, daughters Helen, Colette and Michelle, brother Micky, grandchildren Joey, Ciara, Daniel, Tom and Conor, sons in law Paudie and Donal, daughter in law Margaret, extended family, neighbours and friends.

O’Connor family Blackrock, Co. Dublin, late of New Inn. J.J. (John) beloved husband and best friend of Cliona, loving and devoted father of Fiona and Emma Jane.  Sadly missed by his wife, daughters, brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, former pupils and staff of Gonzaga College and a wide circle of friends, especially Arnie. Also remembering his late parents Sonnie and Hettie, brothers Peter, Gerard, Fr. Noel and Tom.

May they rest in peace.

CASHEL NEW INN HOCKEY NEWS

Cashel New Inn Hockey Club are extremely proud of our three members who have been selected to play for Munster Hockey. Miah Bourke and Aoife Kavanagh have been selected for the u18 Munster squad. Lily Kavanagh has been selected to play with the u16 Munster squad.
Massive congratulations to these fantastic girls. Cashel New Inn Hockey Club are so proud of their achievement and wish them every success with Munster Hockey!
